Join Graham’s 318 & Edge Yoga School, based out of Naperville, for Vino & Vinyasa! This class will flow breath with movement in a variety of postures linked together to strengthen your core, improve stability, power, and balance. You will also be relaxed through the power of sound bath meditation! No matter if you’re a first-time student or the most seasoned yogi, this class is for you! You’ll be rewarded with one glass of wine at the end of class to enjoy and socialize!

Your $25 ticket includes the hour-long Vinyasa class with Sound Bath Meditation and one glass of wine. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short waiver.
