Introducing Wine Down Wednesday! We’ve partnered with YogaSix of Geneva for the first three Wednesdays in August (August 5th, 12th and 19th) to fill your yoga & wine needs!
What you get: A 60 minute YogaSix Restore Yoga session followed by one glass of wine – white or red, you choose!
Where: Graham’s 318 Coffee House in our Event Space Upstairs. 318 S. Third Street, Geneva IL.
What is Y6 Restore Yoga?: This class emphasizes floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, Y6 Restore classes are for you. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
Meet Ally: Ally, The Y6 Geneva Lead Teacher, discovered yoga in the late spring of 2013, enrolled in a teacher training program just a few months later and became a registered yoga teacher the following year. No stranger to movement, she has fused together her extensive background in dance, love for yoga and desire to connect with others. Ally finds happiness in guiding others to embody yoga as a lifestyle, practicing its elements both on and off the mat.
Please bring your own yoga mat to this class, along with any other essentials you might need. Also, you will need to wear a mask into the building and up to the Event Space. Once you’re in the space, you can take your mask off if you’d like. Please bring your ID as we will be checking these as you come upstairs.
Tickets are $20/person. You must be 21 or older to participate in this event.
